Up for sale is a closely matched pair (2 pieces) of vintage RCA JAN-1619 / VT-164 beam power output tubes, brand new in their original RCA Radiotron boxes. Made in the USA for Joint Army-Navy (JAN) military applications, these rugged tubes feature full metal envelope construction for superior RF shielding and thermal endurance.
As shown, both tubes have been thoroughly tested on our laboratory-grade Amplitrex AT1000 tester. The measured plate current (Ia) and transconductance (mA/V) results are calculated against standard factory specifications (50.0 mA / 4.50 mA/V) and detailed in the table below.
