Up for sale is a matched pair (2 pcs) of vintage NOS Zaerix EF86 / 6267 low-noise audio pentode vacuum tubes, complete with their original Zaerix factory boxes. Manufactured in Russia and custom-labeled for Zaerix, these tubes feature top plate getters, double mica spacers for extreme microphonic resistance, and an internal mesh net shielding surrounding the structure. Highly regarded for high-gain audio applications, low noise floor, and excellent high-frequency detail. A fantastic matched pair upgrade or replacement for Vox AC15/AC30 V1 stages, vintage audio preamplifiers, and high-end condenser microphones.
Both tubes have been fully tested on a precision Amplitrex AT1000 tube tester. Measured Plate Current (Ip in mA) and Mutual Conductance (uMhos) alongside percentage performance ratings relative to nominal factory reference specs (Reference: 3.0 mA / 1,800 uMhos) are detailed in the table below.
