Up for sale is a premium matched pair (2 pcs) of rare vintage NOS Mullard EZ35 / 6X5 full-wave rectifier vacuum tubes, British Made and complete with their original blue Mullard factory boxes. Built to exceptionally high mechanical standards, these feature heavy-duty triple mica spacers for superior vibration damping and anti-microphonic stability, robust black plates, plate-mounted getters, and sturdy black octal bases. The EZ35 / 6X5GT is highly revered for providing reliable, sag-free DC high-voltage power supply rectification with legendary British durability. An outstanding upgrade pair for classic tube preamplifiers, high-fidelity power supplies, and vintage radio/amplifier equipment.
Both tubes have been thoroughly emission and leakage tested on a precision Amplitrex AT1000 tube tester. Measured Diode Forward Current (FWD in uA) and Reverse Leakage (REV in uA) for both diode sections (Section A and Section B) are detailed in the table below.
