Up for sale is a strong, balanced matched pair (2 Pcs) of vintage NOS Philips Miniwatt ECC40 dual triodes, made in Holland. These desirable early-production Rimlock valves feature Gray plates and top ring getters, highly prized by audiophiles and custom amplifier builders for their warm tone and superior low-noise performance.
Both valves have been individually tested on an AVO Type 160 valve tester across both sections (Plate 1 & Plate 2). Complete anode current (Ia) and mutual conductance (mA/V) test measurements along with percentage performance ratings against factory reference specifications are detailed in the table below.
