Up for sale is a tightly matched quad (4 pieces) of vintage Joint Army-Navy GE JAN-6V6GT beam power pentode vacuum tubes, brand new in their original boxes. Made in the USA by General Electric, these robust military-spec tubes feature iconic grey round plates, coin bases, crisp green printing, and top ring getters. Highly sought after by audiophiles and guitar amplifier enthusiasts for their rich harmonics, smooth mids, tight bottom end, and excellent stability in push-pull configurations.
As shown, all four tubes have been thoroughly tested on our laboratory-grade Amplitrex AT1000 tube tester. Plate current (Ip) and mutual conductance (uMhos) measurements alongside percentage performance ratings relative to nominal specs are detailed in the table below.
